Ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken breast
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- half of an onion
- 1 egg
- Fresh oregano
- 2 spoons of flour
Preparation:
Put an egg, 1 clove of garlic, half an onion and some fresh oregano into the blender. Grind them for a few seconds until everything is fine. Add the chicken fillet in pieces and grind it in a blender until it becomes like jelly. Add 2 spoons of flour. We give them shapes and coat each shape in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry them until they get a golden brown color. Dry the excess oil with kitchen paper and serve.
